About StreamCatch
StreamCatch was engineered from the ground up to solve the latency, security vulnerabilities, and deceptive practices that plague conventional online media downloaders.
Our Core Architecture Principles
Traditional web resolvers frequently expose backend infrastructure to Server-Side Request Forgery. StreamCatch applies recursive pre-flight DNS filtering, private IP blocking (RFC 1918), and Undici socket-pinning to eliminate DNS Rebinding risks completely.
We never persist, re-host, or index user media downloads on server disks. Signed 5-minute HMAC-SHA256 tokens hand off byte streaming directly from upstream CDNs to your client browser.
Rather than forcing destructive re-encoding with generational loss, our engine demuxes original progressive containers (up to 4K UHD 60fps and 320kbps MP3) preserving bit-for-bit fidelity.
We only service public, unencrypted, and unauthenticated media streams. We reject circumvention of DRM, private content, and copyrighted materials without license permissions.
